OUR PROCESS

- the concept -

The client will meet our design team to discuss what their needs and wants are for their project. If it's an existing space, we will discuss what currently doesn't work and how we can improve on the existing flow, functionality, design, etc. Through inspiration images, we will help the client visualize their new space and discuss design details we'd like to implement. Once the client approves the concept, we can start selecting finishes and begin the working drawing set.

- design & drawings -

The design portion involves our team selecting all the finishes for the spaces. Paint colours, floor finishes, wall finishes, millwork, lighting, hardware, etc. We take these finishes and implement them into our working drawing. The working drawing set consists of floor plans, elevations, sections, details and sometimes renderings - if needed to communication our vision, From there, we have a meeting with the client and walk through the drawing set and physical samples of all the finishes. We take the client's feedback and make any changes to the drawings and/or finishes. After all the changes are completed, we now have a final drawing package for pricing.

- pricing & coordination -

We can assist our clients in tendering out the project or reaching out to the contractor of their choice for a quote. The working drawing set allows the general contractors to quote from the same documentation - so all quotes are based off the same information. Once a general contractor has been decided upon, we can assist with order/product coordination and site inspections throughout construction.
